We have purchased two properties with Vicki as our agent.
These weren't our first real estate transactions, but they were both far and away the best. Vicki took the time needed to work with us. She understands every aspect of the real estate process and used her knowledge to act truly on our behalf, taking care of sticky negotiating points, explaining the implications, and answering our questions. When there were problems with one of the properties, she stepped in and just got it fixed. We always felt that Vicki was bringing her immense knowledge to bear on our behalf. She was professional, amazingly quick to respond at any hour of the day (quite literally), and set realistic expectations. One of the properties we purchased was quite frankly a small deal monetarily that took a disproportionate amount of effort. Vicki sailed through this process with professionalism. She has set a standard for her profession such that I never want to work with anyone else.
